Those can be executed in form of random testing at the workplace, for example with aircraft operators, employees in personal or freight traffic and machine and vehicle operating personnel. Internal corporate agreements between staff representatives and the employer are necessary requirements that specify the procedure of such alcohol tests. The MVZ Labor Krone GbR is forensically accredited in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Our medically trained team can develop individual concepts for the implementation of the tests, corresponding to specific requirements. Testing is then carried out randomly by our members of staff without the involvement of the employer. All collected results are treated in accordance with current data protection legislation.

Random testing of alcohol intoxication at the workplace is best done using a breathalyzer. Such handheld device has several advantages over classic blood samples, such as the preservation of bodily integrity as well as readily available results.
